The Supreme Court said on Wednesday that the Trump administration could enforce his refugee ban for the time being, according to the Associated Press

While the Court allowed Trump to enforce the ban, it granted a lower court order easing travel for people from six Muslim majority countries. The Court passed the case to a federal appeals court in San Francisco to consider the administration’s appeal.

The administration recently appealed a ruling by a district judge that limited the Trump administration’s ability to restrict certain refugees from entering the United States.
